We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Title Clerk to join our administrative team. Job Summary: The Automotive Title Clerk will handle a variety of tasks related to vehicle titling and registration, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles, wholesale deals, and lease payoffs Submit required forms to the DMV and follow up on title issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all title work and vehicle inventory Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and state agencies as needed Stay updated on state regulations regarding titling and registration Assist with other office duties as needed Requirements Prior experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership or similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of state DMV title regulations and documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Great Lakes Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
