Network Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support the network, security, and communications infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a complex Cisco-based environment that includes routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, voice, and security technologies.

This is a highly autonomous position requiring an experienced engineer who can independently troubleshoot, design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions in a highly regulated environment. The selected candidate will partner closely with onsite engineering teams, support operational and strategic initiatives, and serve as a technical owner for critical infrastructure

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required

7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

Strong Cisco routing and switching

Cisco firewall administration and troubleshooting experience.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a highly regulated environment.

Preferred

CCNP certification.

Cisco ASA and FTD experience.

Enterprise wireless networking experience.

Utility, energy, or critical infrastructure experience.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgman, MI.

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $62.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Bridgman,MI.
