Sports & Clinical Therapist (LMT) | Midtown East

Tired of spa shifts where the work never goes past the surface? Elite Healers is a clinical sports therapy practice in Midtown East. We work with runners, dancers, climbers, lifters, and active professionals who come in for an assessment, a treatment plan, and results that hold. • Clinical work, not routine. Every session starts with an assessment and is built around the client's goal. You'll learn sport-specific protocols across more than a dozen athletic disciplines.
• A professional, protected environment. Clients are screened at booking and intake. Any inappropriate conduct ends the session on the spot, and that client is never rebooked. You're backed by a written policy and a clear procedure.
• Never alone on shift. A senior team member is on-site for every shift, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Deliver focused sports and clinical therapy sessions
• Build individualized treatment plans and document them in SOAP notes
• Earn repeat clients through outcomes, not sales

Schedule (3 to 5 shifts per week, consistent)

• Priority openings: Thursday evening, Friday midday, Saturday day
• Morning: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Midday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Evening: 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Weekend: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
• One weekend shift is required

Pay

• $50 to $65 per treatment hour, based on experience, plus tips
• $20/hr for non-treatment time
• Established therapists working 4 to 5 shifts with a full book earn $1,500 to $2,200 per week. Part-time schedules earn proportionally less.

Requirements

• NYS massage therapy license, or eligibility for a NYS limited permit
• Current CPR certification
• Availability for 3 to 5 shifts per week, including one weekend shift
• Genuine interest in working with athletes and active clients
