Position Title: Maintenance Repairer
Location: Miami, FL 33142
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $17.94/hr
Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5::00 pm

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across facilities, equipment, and building areas.
• Skill in pluming, flooring, carpentry, painting and basic electrical.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs and maintenance , including fixtures, pipes, and related components.
• Perform carpentry work , such as repairing doors, frames, cabinets, walls, and other wooden structures.
• Complete flooring repairs and maintenance , including replacing damaged flooring materials as needed.
• Perform painting and touch-up work on interior and exterior surfaces to maintain facility appearance.
• Handle basic electrical repairs and maintenance , including switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and minor electrical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following applicable safety procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned repair tasks in a timely manner.

Key skills required :

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Preferred.
