Clinic Highlights:

Qualifications:
* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
* Passion for adult preventive and chronic disease care
* Must be team-oriented and patient-centered in approach to care
* Comfortable with healthcare technology

* Base salary plus value and productivity incentives
