We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead BigPanda's recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal background for this role is a mix of startup to mid-size B2B technical SaaS talent acquisition experience. What you will do:

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $151,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. BigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program. We run two (2) compensation review cycles per year to ensure that managers can recognize employees without much lag between achievement and reward.
