ElleKash Media is a boutique digital marketing agency helping brands grow through strategic social media, content creation, digital advertising, and creative storytelling. We work with clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, and consumer brands.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team and bring our clients’ content to life across social media and YouTube.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for editing engaging, high-quality short-form and long-form video content that captures attention, tells compelling stories, and reflects each client’s brand. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our agency continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including talking-head videos, interviews, educational content, and podcasts.
• Create engaging edits using strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, B-roll, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Add captions, on-screen text, graphics, music, and sound effects.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips optimized for social media.
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics and adapt editing styles to different clients.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while meeting deadlines.
• Organize video assets and manage projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form and long-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and platform-specific video formats.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous work are required.
• Experience working with medical, healthcare, or professional service clients is a plus.
