Systems AdministratorThe Opportunity:Your combination of people skills and system administrator expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another.As a lead Systems Administrator on our team, you’ll guide your team as it provides insights through monitoring and performance management. Your system administration expertise will be vital as you evaluate opportunities for improvement in a critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning and identify opportunities for modernization. You Have: Experience as tier 3 support for a GOTS software productExperience as triage support between operations and a software development teamExperience testing software and aiding in configuration management and software pipelineExperience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, and NifiExperience in administering Linux or Unix systemsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience as a systems administrator, or 15+ years of experience as a systems administrator in lieu of a degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.  CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
